History & Ghost Tours
Unless otherwise noted all tours will begin at 49 West High St. It is a parking of the Historical society right beside the Carlisle Mural. You can find a picture of the mural on our website.
The food tours will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. The history and ghost tours typically last between 60 minutes and 75 minutes. You can expect to cover no more than 1.25 miles on any tour walking at a leisurely pace with several stops along the way.
Tours generally operate rain or shine. We encourage guests to check the forecast, and we suggest bringing an umbrella or poncho if the forecast looks damp. In the event of severe or unsafe weather, we will contact you regarding rescheduling or refunds.
Tours are generally non-refundable within 48 hours of the start time. However, if we must cancel due to hazardous weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
We make every effort to choose routes that use accessible sidewalks and ramps. However, some historic areas may have uneven pavement or narrow walkways. Please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate your needs.
Yes, advanced booking is highly recommended as tours often sell out. This also ensures our guides are prepared for the size of group.

While we don't have scheduled breaks, many tour stops have public facilities where a quick stop is possible. We recommend using the restroom before the tour begins.
